1. Warm Bath/Sitz bath
A Warm bath or sitz bath is one of the most effective home remedies to have instant relief from the pain associated with haemorrhoids. The idea is to sit in a warm Water for short period of time. It improves blood circulation in the rectal area and heals pain.
1. Fill the bathtub with 3 to 4 inches of water. The water should be warm and not hot.
2. Add 2 tablespoon of Epsom salt
3. Gently stir to mix
4. Step into the bathtub and soak your anal area for 20 to 30 minutes
