Ingredients –
• Buttermilk
• Salt
• 1 tsp Carom seeds / Ajwain
• 1 tsp Black cumin seeds / Shahi jeera
• Radish
Home Remedy 1. Buttermilk –
• Take a glass of buttermilk.
• Add a pinch of salt and carom seeds (Ajwain). Mix well.
• Drink this buttermilk every day.
Home Remedy 2. Black Cumin Seeds / Shahi Jeera –
• Dry roast Shahi jeera until it changes its color.
• Blend the roasted jeera into a fine powder.
• Take a glass of water. Add cumin seeds powder. Mix well.
• Drink the water.
• Repeat this on a regular basis.
• You can also apply paste of black cumin seeds on piles.
Home Remedy 3. Radish –
• Take fresh radish.
• Wash and peel off its skin.
• Cut the radish in small chunks.
• Blend these chunks with water into juice.
• Drink this juice twice a day regularly.
